Hi Everyone!

My name is Bev Enion, and I am a second-year PhD researcher at the University of Sheffield. I am researching how disability and intimacy are represented on Instagram. An Instagram account is not needed to take part in this research.

I am looking to speak to women who are over the age of 18 and who have a physical disability to take part in:

A Semi-Structured Interview - consisting of 3 tasks: create a mood board, look at 8 Instagram photos, and an interview (approx. 2 hours, can be split up into smaller chunks/tasks)

There is also the option to carry on and join a Collaborative Focus Group Meeting to look at my research findings (approx. 1 hour).

You are free to take part in just the semi-structured interview, or you can continue to take part in the collaborative focus group if you wish. There is no obligation to take part in both.

Study Details:

- Who can participate? Self-identifying women with physical disabilities, over 18

- Location: Available either online (camera on or off) or in-person (Manchester/Lancaster/Sheffield), depending on your preference

If you’re interested or have any questions, please contact Bev Enion at baenion1@sheffield .ac.uk or complete this expression of interest form - https://forms.gle/1EU4gC43jRwAq72w8
