Pip payment recalled after review.

my partner was meant to be paid yesterday but didn’t, he rang them and they said the payment was recalled to make adjustments and to appeal the decision, the adviser refused to read out the decision letter even though we said the post round here can take 4 weeks! Now the auto payment line doesn’t even say if he’s getting paid next month, just tries putting him through to an adviser. He had to have 2 assessments for his review, both being an hour long! Has anyone got any advice? Thank you in advance

Hi,
I think it's fairly safe to assume that the whole award has been lost here unfortunately. They don't 'recall' payments and they don't change the payment day if the award amount changes.
There isn't anything you can do until you get the letter confirming that.
If the award has been lost then you'll have to do a Mandatory Reconsideration.
There is still a chance that the award hasn't been lost, but that seems very unlikely to me from the information provided.

it’s just so annoying! His condition has got way worse than what it was in 2022, sent in all the evidence and they’ve just stopped it like
