I’m frustrated I managed 3 months at my new job , the company was supposed to disability friendly I was open and honest about my condition went through all the health and safety risk assessment, occupational health did disability passport , nothing was implemented before I started had to fight and nag for equipment that should have been in place before start date and ended up hospitalised 2 times and still they dragged their feet , I gave up and handed in my notice I’m fed up with fighting for basic human rights my pip was stopped July 24 and having to go to tribunal which is taking forever
