LCWRA Questions

Firstly thanks to you for always replying and helping.
I am really worried and worse in myself since all this started a few months ago. I certainly cry more than her in parliament yesterday out of fear and worry of what's to come.
Will my LCWRA as it doesn't have a set time of review just continue to 2030 until it is merged into PIP.?
I can just about get by if I lose pip as I waiting for review outcome so should be worse outcome it put my mind at rest knowing I get LCWRA. I would appeal for pip again but my understanding is pip stop payment during appeals.
I am desperately trying to find reassurance to just take a big breath at the moment so I really appreciate you and the time to read this message and possibly help me. Thank you so much

We still don't know what will actually be happening @Topcat71 it's all a bit too fluid currently to be able to give you a firm answer I'm afraid.
But what I can say is PIP don't stop payments during appeals, you'll continue receiving whatever payments as of their last decision until the appeal is seen through. So if your PIP is lowered and you put in an appeal, you'll get that lower rate until a new decision is made.

Your LCWRA would continue unless you're called for a reassessment and then your LCWRA is revoked.
