Sorry to repost but I couldn’t find an edit button and wasn’t sure which area to post this question. Hope someone can help. Hi I am currently waiting for our son and daughters migration letter to come, they are both on Income related ESA in support group. With the current bill being in a bit of a mess to say the least could someone claify if possible what the outcome will be for them when they migrate. Will they be classed and protected as the rules were before yesterday with transitional protection or if they didn't migrate till after September would they be classed as a new claimant and be awarded the lower amounts that I have seen metioned in the welfare bill.
