Hi I've not heard anything aside from the last message I received. From reading on here I feel I have a bit of a wait and I will keep all updated x
Yes I will do, I think it a case of waiting x

Hi, Returned review form on January had 2 texts to comment award still been looked at though last 1 was 3 months ago. So I had to phone the helpline today as anxious award runs out 15 August. All I got told I would receive a letter within 10 days ??? What would that be about? I also read on the forum you receive a text 35 days before your award runs out and it's extended for 12 months. I did not get that text. Thanks for reading and your time.

Maybe wait the 10 days and see what happens ? . I wasn't even aware until someone kindly told me about the 35 days before your actual award ends that you get extention for a further 12 months.
Fingers crossed for you ! Keep us updated .

As far as I know it's a letter, not text extending your awards.
PIP letters can take 2 weeks to arrive.

My current award expires August 2026 and they sent me the reassessment forms this April which I submitted with extra sheets of how my disabilities affect me.
I had the usual text from them at the end of April and I haven't heard anything else since.

Hi luvpink, I am still at a loss as to why you got yours so early ? Have you ever got any closer to finding out why ? I am baffled as to when folk are re assessed. there seems no clear timeframes at all. I don't even think I will bother trying to work mine out 😆 My fingers, toes and everything else are crossed you get a results soon and everything will end up as it should do for you 😊

I’ve had same text’s from dwp(maximus)
I sent forms back in March, up in September, got text for forms to be back in feb, needed extension waiting for cab appointment
still don’t trust them, even though the government did a u turn on some proposals, dubious side of me still expects they will sneakily do things like more face to face, no 4 pts etc
Seen people say it can be extended for a year when it gets close to your expiry date, don’t want to go through all this again in a year, after doing everything for this one!
First claim 2019 face to face, got standard on both, was working then
2022 phone call got enhanced mobility, wasn’t working then due health getting worse, got finished in job due to time off appointments, illness etc, have different types of arthritis, hs, on bio meds for, due to aches pain flare ups, hard times sustain work, beleive me I tried, was always in discomfort, pain etc
I’m now 60, only not worked for last 3 years
Just hope my review at least stays same even though health has got worse, as can’t physically an mentally do the jobs I used to
Good luck to all waiting on new claims, reassments etc
