Give feedback on care - Care Quality Commission
Your feedback helps make care better
We use what people tell us to understand the quality of care they get from services like care homes, care agencies, hospitals and GPs. It helps make care better for everybody.
We look at it alongside other information. For example, information from the service itself or what we found when we last visited them.
We only cover services in England.

HI and thank you Richard for posting this.
I have a long, complicated, ongoing story to tell. In fact its two, related to one condition. One part of the service went above and beyond, the other part was/is dire. I have been wondering if and how I could get this out to a body that might care, this might be a way to do that. My problem is though, its so long and complicated and its been going on for over 18 months. I am hesitant to even start to tell my experience as it will probably take hours to make is succinct but at the same time include all the pertinent details. I guess I could try an AI chat thing to help with this, just really not sure what to do. My thinking is, if we don't get these incidences out there then nothing will ever change. I will really have to think about starting this, do you know if there is an end date for submission please ? I might not have noticed it.
