hi 👋 I’m needing some advice please regarding claiming carers element for my child , I get lcwra is there any point in claiming it ? Many thanks

    As you get LCWRA you won't also be entitled to receive Carers Element. Under UC the same person cannot get both.

    If your child gets a qualifying benefit, you may be entitled to the Disabled Child Element of UC if not already claiming that one.
