Good afternoon all
Can someone please clarify me what does it mean ' we aim to look at your case by 18.07.25 if we need more information we will contact you' I'm really worried as previously I was informed that they will look it by15.08.25 and day after i phoned them they sent me that message. Is it good or bad sign? I'm very stressed now and my anxiety kills me now.. any information appreciated

Please try not to worry @ddww1988 they're just updating you on possible timelines, it's nothing to be concerned about. Times can change, depending on their workload, so it's nothing sinister. 😊

Hi Albus_Scope
Thank you so much for your message. I'm worried as previously I was informed that it will be by 15.08.25 and now by 18.07.25. I think they will not award pip for me despite I sent them lots of paperwork... this waiting time is terrible. But many thanks for your response

I'd try not to read too much into it @ddww1988 it could be a good thing that they've moved the estimate forward. You may have sent in enough evidence, or they may have had someone pull out so you've jumped the queue. 😊
I know first hand saying "don't worry" won't help your anxiety, but seriously, it could be a good thing that the date has changed. If you can, the best thing you can do is try to do something you really enjoy, to take your mind off things for a bit. 😊

If it's a scheduled call, you'll know to be near the phone, so that shouldn't be a problem. 😁
If you do miss it, then you can contact them and explain and if the reason is good enough for them, they can reschedule the call, but there may be a fair wait.0
