I'm really scared

I was reading on the internet last might about the changes to "substantial risk" for being in the support group/LCWRA.
I have only just been migrated over to UC and have always been in the ESA Support Group under the substantial risk reason (schizophrenia and bipolar). Now I have read that they will be reassessing everyone that is in LCWRA because of this reason (for mental health) and that most will then be moved to LCW.
I haven't slept all night because of panicking. I am not good with change and get very paranoid that the government are wanting me to hurt myself. I have already had a message to say about getting ready for work and I have only been on UC a few weeks. But this was voluntary and I explained that I couldn't do that.
I have read that on LCW you have to attend appointments and courses. I am housebound and wouldn't be able to do this. Also I don't know how I would cope with the drop in money. I am getting myself in such a state and starting to dissociate because of the worry.
If anyone could reassure me or let me know that the LCW group is not too bad, it would help me so much. Thank you in advance.

As I understand it, the Substantial Risk criteria isn't being removed, but those in LCWRA under SR are being prioritised for re assessment, as re assessments for the vast majority in LCWRA have been suspended for a number of years.

Thank you Kimi. I read that it is being kept for physical illnesses but changed for mental health - and only those in "active psychosis" will be considered for the substantial risk reason.
