Hi @fendi1234 welcome to the Community. I hope you enjoy your time on the forum. Any questions just ask.

What you are posting is just fine.

Have a look around and join in when you are ready. You might like to start with the Coffee Lounge under Categories for chats.

Tags are certain key words which make it easier for members to search within the Community.

Category Universal Credit you might tag LCWRA and find the discussions associated with that topic.

You do not have to use tags.

    Take care.

Welcome to the community @fendi1234, lovely to have you with us ☺️

I'm really sorry you're feeling isolated. Lots of our members will know what that feels like, it's not easy. I hope you'll enjoy being part of a community where people understand.

As Bluebell21 mentioned in her helpful message, please don't worry about tags. The online community team will be around to help if you need anything and our members are also very friendly.

If you do need some help from the admins, all the members of the team have Scope in their name, like mine. We also have a community account called Community_Scope. There are some guides on using the community and I'll link those below, but please don't be afraid to ask questions if you're not sure how something works.

I hope you'll enjoy your time with us! Just let us know if you have any questions and we'd be happy to help.
