Hello. UC query

HI,
My 26 year old daughter lives with us and works. We are just moving from ESA to UC. I'm in receipt of DLA (middle care) and my husband gets high rate PIP. Will our UC credit be reduced because my daughter works?
Thanks

If you are claiming Housing Element, as your husband get PIP Daily Living no non dependant deductions will be made to your HE.
Her working wouldn't impact your award in any other way.

Thank you so much. I have found this all very confusing.0

Sorry I just re read your comment. Is it a set amount that they deduct as they didn't ask for her salary when I filled out migration form.0

Living with a non dependant only impacts Housing Element. And you are exempt from that impact.
Because your husband gets Daily Living PIP, there will be no non dependant deduction from Housing Element.
So no money will be taken off your award because of your working daughter living there and you won't need to tell them how much she earns.
