Hi,

I am John, 55 from Scotland.

I've had lots of aches and pains over the years so I'll just say a few of the main ones!

I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis when I was in my late 20s, about 7 or 8 years after I found out I had psoriasis. Went through all the usual protocols with meds etc, NSAIDs and DMARDs, some helped but side effects were not very nice. I eventually got on Biologicals, after years of arguing with the hospitals and it really helps, and has cleared my psoriasis which is a big bonus.

I've had chronic migraines for years but had to come off long term meds to go on the Biologicals but I manage with short term meds.

Over the last year or two I have been feeling so tired and been to the doctors numerous times but not many are that helpful. I was put on depression meds a few years ago as I feeling really low.

More recently I am struggling more than ever, tired all day long, sore heads and so much more. I work as a data analyst and I am finding it so hard. I can't concentrate, my short term memory is terrible and to be honest I am not interested in much outside work either, all I want I do is sleep.

One doctor has mentioned CFS but most haven't, they are going by blood results and nothing is showing up (I had years of this with my arthritis), most don't actually take into account how you actually feel rather than just looking at blood results.

I am convinced this all started after I had covid and possibly the vaccines, but I'll never know.

I could go on and I'm sure there are plenty that could as well, and lots that are way worse than me but I am finding things difficult both at work and at home, it's more annoying as I was always quite active, even with arthritis.

Looking forward to this site thank for having me.

Cheers,
John
