Hi, my name is farhan24689!
Hello
I hope you are well
I appeal pip on 8 August and I received email on 20 August that DWP has to respond to your appeal by 17 September 2025.
Is it possible to get pip after appeal 1 month?

Hi @farhan24689, welcome to the community. 😊 Are you pending your outcome from the mandatory reconsideration and asking if that might be a yes or whether if it was rejected, you could then re-apply for PIP? Sorry, just want to clarify.

Thanks for confirming @farhan24680. There are a few options. If you feel that this was an unfair decision, you can look into a tribunal. This might be a helpful read for you - Get help with going to court or tribunal | Disability charity Scope UK. Alternatively, if you feel that circumstances have changed and a new claim might be the best option, you are able to do this.

I know that was the unfair decision on mandatory reconsideration and after mandatory reconsideration there was option to appeal
I heard that if I appeal then I have 70% chance to get pip and if I appeal it take 27 week for the outcome
I already did appeal on 8 August
I m just asking that
Is it possible to get pip if I receive email of result after one month?
