a) I need an email or letter from the department verifying my annual benefit received from you;

b)I have forgotten my National Insurance number. I served in the UK armed forces if that helps you find my info.

    Is this something that you require from the Department for Work and Pensions? If so, you might be better placed contacting them directly.
