Hi, my name is BatesMick10! Wheelchair user, used to use NRS, but now stuck with AJM.

II have been a wheelchair user for a number of years now. Firstly with NRS and now Ajm. With NRS if I had a problem with the chair they would be out next day. With Ajm you have to ring, and ring, until someone can pick up. When they do, you explain and they say, we'll get back to you when we have a space for an appointment. They won't come out, oh, no, you have to go to their place of work, which, from where I live costs a fortune in taxis! This is not good enough.

Hi there @BatesMick10 and welcome to the community.
That does sound like a pain! Are you able to go back to NRS if you're having issues with AJM?0 -
Unfortunately, NRS no longer exists. The wheelchair department was taken over by Ajm, who I now find, is being investigated by a Government department for irregular practices, whatever that may mean. Looks like I am stuck between the devil and the deep blue sea. Thanks anyway.
