Help Nexer uncover the 'Hidden Journey' of online shopping

Nexer are looking for people to fill in a survey to find out about the 'Hidden Journey' of online shopping for disabled people and their families. You can find out more about Nexer and their research below. If you have any questions about the survey please contact Nexer.
Human-centred design agency Nexer Digital are running an accessibility survey to understand the barriers people face when shopping online. If you use accessibility settings or assistive tools, like a screen reader, larger text, or voice control, they’d love to hear about your experiences.
We know that for many people, shopping online is harder than it should be. If you use accessibility settings or assistive tools, hidden barriers can make a simple transactions frustrating, or at times even impossible.
That’s why we’re running 'The Hidden Journey': a national awareness campaign to uncover and map some of these challenges and show retailers why and how they should prioritise accessibility. By sharing your experiences, you’ll help us push for more accessible, inclusive online retail experiences.
The survey is open to complete until Monday the 13th of October.
If you have any questions about the survey or campaign, or there's anything else we can help with, please get in touch with us at: research@nexergroup .com
