IIt's Lovely to see he was cared about here as much as the hundreds of Facebook posts there have been from his friends.

I know he loved helping people, and often worried if he was doing enough/ the right things as he gave more than 100% even when he didn't have the spoons.

He shared how work made him look after himself when he pushed and how greatful he was working here (he helped me look for simmilar roles too as I struggle applying with executive dysfunction).

He was genuinely the nicest person I've ever met and I'm glad to have been his friend for the last couple of decades.

Very sad news, I'm praying for you all and may Albus RIP May god bless him such a lovely contributor on here and help me out many times feeling very sad about this news, although he's in a better place, I'm sure he's not in any pain now and flying high thank you for the update, upsetting I'm thinking of Albus family and friends all comms friends within scope team sending gentle virtual hugs to all that need one x x x🙏

I've just heard about this from another forum member. I don't think I can think about him in the past tense because he is such a big part of this forum. So kind, compassionate & caring, he really made his mark here.

He showed his kindness to me personally & I think we've all felt that. We've lost a wonderful person & I think we'll all feel a bit lost without him. He's always been in my prayers & will continue to be. My thoughts & prayers for his family too right now, his colleagues & all Scope members, xx

I am completely heartbroken at the loss of our friend and colleague, Albus and miss him so very much. I struggle for words sometimes, so I'll say this - he was a wonderful, kind and selfless human being - a bright star who always put everybody before himself. He went out of his way to help anyone or any animal who needed it and I feel so lucky to have known him. I will carry the memory of him with me.

I heard this terribly sad news from a dear friend. (Scope member) I remember when he first joined the scope team and right from the start he was so kind, thoughtful and caring. My thoughts are with his family, colleagues and friends. RIP Albus, taken far too soon! You'll be missed! xx

Aww this news is just so awful I’m truly shocked and saddened to hear this 😢

I haven’t been coming on the forum much but only last week I read the day thread and saw that Albus and Rachel Scope were both on. I left a msg and soon afterwards I received messages from them and it truly brightened my day.

I really can’t believe this tragic news, my friend sent me a msg not to long ago to let me know and it has truly left a pain in my heart 💔

Condolences to the Scope family and to Albus’s family and friends at this very difficult time.

I got to know Albus via our Scope colleagues pet chat. And I always looked forward to seeing his name pop up in the chat, knowing I was in for a real treat. We shared a deep love of pigeons, and I'll think of him when I feed them 💜
