Its understandable you feel as you do @StarryEyed .
Anyone would feel as you do .
It is difficult to accept
Others would definately feel the same .
But you are still you and thats what counts .
Your important
You matter
You count
Your voice counts .
Hope you will be kind and gentle to yourself
Best wishes always
Onwards and upwards

What is that?

What a cute, clever bike that is! I can imagine you enjoying yourself while being out and about… smelling the see. Good for you. And also good for you for acknowledging the bittersweetness of it, you get to feel what you feel.
PS - where is it (if you don't mind sharing, if you do - no worries)

We should do a contest: what could this be and what makes you say that?! Intriguing indeed :)

I would say it was the barge that broke loose from its moorings the other day

Or a sliver of something bobbing about in a bowl of soup?

Thank you so much @Strawberry1 for your sweet words and encouragement. Yes, I suppose I'm in the right place for people to understand. Yes, kind and gentle is the only way forward. Your cartoon is adorable 🥰
Thank you for your validation @SmellyBin 🙏🏼 The pics are from Malaga city, where I live. I checked the rules recently if we're allowed to say the city we live in, and we are if it's a large city. The bike is foldable too and lightweight (only 18 kg), so it's quite practical.
The photo by @micronicle is definitely a flying saucer.

Good morning, Chris. That's crazy heavy equipment but I bet you won't tip over. 😊 My scooter is 55 kg, and comes apart into 4 pieces. It's the only device I have that can carry anything. So I love it for shopping and bombing around the city centre. I have two walkers. One is very sturdy, made of steel, and is about 8 kg. The other is carbon fiber and weighs about 5 kg. Each one has a purpose, and I feel very fortunate to have so many options. (Of course I would feel even more fortunate if I could walk LOL!)

Flying saucer @StarryEyed! Not quite, alien maybe!…

It's a Diatom (1250x magnification) that I found in an old mop bucket goo which I keep in a Petri dish on my hobby room window sill…

That's so cool! Awesome! I missed the fine print that showed the magnification. I've always wanted to do microscope photography. What equipment do you use?
Have you seen the spectacular National Geographic series "One Strange Rock?" They talk about diatoms, and they're really quite remarkable, showing strength in numbers 😊

@Chris75_ I forgot I've also got a pushable manual wheelchair but haven't used it yet. It's in case I can't go somewhere on my own, for someone to push me.

Another puzzle I'm trying to solve, in the second picture is how far I can get, just two pieces need to be swapped with each other, but when I swap them it causes another two pieces to then be swapped, and so on, so I can never get it fully solved, I'll have to look for a solution online.

I have had a soft drink in the Famous Star Hotel.… 🍹 It found its fame as the World’s Narrowest Hotel as mentioned in the Guinness Book of Records - At only 20ft wide and 162ft long, The Famous Star Hotel is in Moffat, Scotland. Very quaint, the bar was excellent, but not many could stand at it.....

I was driving and I can"t just have a half..... Half a gallon more like....

Correct... Never been able to have just one pint...

I used to be the same, it's like I have one drink and the party has only just begun, there's no way I just want to stop there, doing so would ruin my mood.

Yes, that is me, I can control it at times, but I decided to have a soft drink that day.
