hi everyone been on love for a while now and was told by cab that I would receive the money for the 3mth you have to wait DWP say you don’t get it what I carnt understand is if you need it after the 3mth wait why don’t you need it while you are waiting

Hi,
The reason given by DWP for the 3 month wait is to make sure people have a long term health condition.
If LCWRA could be added immediately then people would be going on and off of it all the time just for having a minor illness or injury.
Of course, it also saves the government a large amount of money…millions of pounds a year over thousands of LCWRA claimants.
