2 child cap to be scrapped?

I think the issue is instead of sharing opinions lots of people seem to pick holes in language used and zero in and accuse of misinformation and say things like people's thoughts are 'unproductive' and 'devoid of coherence'. It's not very friendly, or productive and isn't in the spirit of a debate or sharing different opinions, it's just mean and trying to 'win' by belittling or discrediting.
I very much enjoy your comments @Passerby and I genuinely love hearing and learning about different opinions and perspectives!! It's how we learn, grow and understand the world more. It's so good to hear different points of views on stuff, but they don't need to be delivered with a hammer or by disprespecting other people's, even if you think they're wrong ❤️

It's definitely ok to have different opinions and disagree, the world would be boring if we didn't! I think the issue comes with the fact that these are words on a screen so tone is difficult to get across. We need to consider the words we use more carefully because of this.

Hi Bib and thanks for this. I must have missed your post. I don't know your thoughts and I'm not sure of mine atm. Having vowed for so long to scrap it, Labour skipped this in favour of restricting the WFA.
Edit: they did it!!! (I wrote the above before the Autumn Budget)
Brilliant news.

I think it's brilliant that scrapping the 2 cap will get families out of poverty however, with lifting the restriction could it not be open to abuse?🤔If parents are working and struggling to make ends meet then it's a good idea.
