I do not keep in good health I'm on universal credits limited capability work related activity I get carers allowance for my daughter who had high care and mobility needs I get carers allowance for been her carer uc take all the carers allowance every month of my uc they said I'm not Intitle to any carers element for been her carer as I'm on lcwra is this correct

Yes, unfortunately both are correct.

Under UC the same person cannot get both Carers Element & LCWRA.

Carers Allowance & UC are both income replacement benefits. Under the welfare system a person is entitled to one income replacement benefit.

So Carers Allowance gets deducted in full from your UC award.
