New style esa, uc and private pension
I currently receive uc, lcwra and pip. I am off work sick and employment due to come to an end. Early ill health retirement has been applied for, although I said I wasn't sure if I wanted it.
I will apply for new style esa and I am aware that anything over £85 per week pension there is a reduction applied accordingly.
Here's where im not getting solid info.
I have read that I can make a dual claim for NS esa and UC and when making a DUAL claim the only deduction uc will make is the gross figure of esa
This is also stated in their government guideline, it does not actually say uc will also deduct pension, only mentions deducting esa amount
I have asked on my journal and they clarified this info but I believe they used an AI so im just so scared. I will attach any pics to try and make it easier to understand.

I can only discuss PIP as I know nothing of other benefits. What I would mention is with claiming your private pension, it may come with a initial lump sum and that lump sum will cancel out all benefits but PIP. A friend left work early taking his pension/lump sum and a benefit advisor stated that PIP is the only benefit he could claim.
