I am going to try and not let my son affect me although its incredibly hard.He is still not getting out of bed even on new years day!.Won't speak. So all I can now do is distance myself for my own sanity

if it's any consolation I snapped out of all the behaviours your lad displays by age 17, I'm not sure his age or how far away that is but I know other autistic and adhd friends who also just got a grip. don't give up hope

my autism expert who diagnosed me said on average those who are hard work as children tend to become amazing adults and little darlings at s young age become bad adults, although this isn't always the case apparently it's often the way.

treat yourself to a well deserved rest this year

hope you can relax and treat yourself more than last year, being constantly on fight or flight is awful I know.

Oh nightcity I only just read what happened to you recently, hope you're feeling better now. Its these scares though that make us think and change some habits we have or need to change for our own health. I also had to make some changes in my life recently so I know how difficult it is.

Take care of yourself and I wish you and your mum a happy and healthy year.

Thanks buddy, hope you have a better year. you're so right there!

the bp is still high between early hours and lunch but not dangerously so,then now almost perfect from mid afternoon to bedtime but even the higher morning readings are decreasing daily so I think I'm now out of the danger zone thanks.
