i have UC LCWRA and no work commitments
i was migrated to ESA SG to UC LCWRA last july. I have OCD depressive thoughts and as a break my friend is suggesting to take me to spain for one week. i dont want to put anything in my journal that i am going for the holiday. i am worried that DWP will know it and will cause me trouble. some say i need to some say i dont as i am not going more that 4 weeks. i am confused. what do you think?

Hi @Manek and welcome to the community. You are supposed to let them know if you go abroad, however many people decide not to. If you did let them know, it wouldn't affect anything so don't worry.
Whereabouts in Spain are you going?

Hello Rachel . May be to Girona. I have not said yes to my friend yet. I don’t want to let them know as I don’t want to talk to them as I will get anxious. I have read around here that since I am in LVWRA and have no work commitments I can travel for 1 week without writing in the journal and there will be no sanctions. I am still worrying if I am going to be doing something wrong though

Don't worry at all, it's fine. It'd be a great opportunity for a break and it's lovely that your friend has suggested it. Have you had a look at what you could do there? I always like to go through TripAdvisor and make a plan of where to go.
