Claim review
Ive been receiving lcwra since August 2025 and I've now been told that they're doing a claim review to make sure I'm getting the right payments. I've already sent 4 months worth of bank statements which they asked for and I now have a phone call booked for next week which says will take 60 minutes and that I need to provide more evidence? I have nothing to hide but I'm just really anxious about the whole thing and I'm so worried that they're going to stop my benefits. Has anyone else thats on lcwra done a claim review like this? If so whats the process of the phone call just so I can be less anxious and put my mind at ease. Thank you

As long as you're not doing anything that's against the rules then there's nothing to worry about.
I'm on LCWRA and had a bank check last year, on the second phone call she just asked me about certain very high payments/withdrawals/deposits that were on my bank statements. I just told her the truth and everything was fine, she was really friendly.

Hi @olivia_m
This is a really typical thing to be asked by UC and like Ross said as long as you haven't done anything wrong, you've got nothing at all to worry about😊0
