We are looking for people to take part in an activity which will be used to organise the advice and support section on Scope's website. The activity should take 10-15 minutes.

People who complete the activity can enter their email address in a prize draw for a chance to win a £40 gift voucher.

The activity includes a scenario about somebody dying. This may be distressing for some people. Please only complete the activity if you feel comfortable doing so and remember you can stop at any time.

It is not a test and there are no right or wrong answers. The task requires you to select from a list. If this is not accessible for you, please email content.core@scope.org.uk and we will make adjustments.

    It would have been helpful to have the scenarios at the top on the same page as the responses.
