can you work if you get LCWRA? They say you can but at the same time they will stop your benefit if you do so what’s the point in saying that you calm still work up to 16 hrs? Or does it have to be something that your disability/illness doesn’t clash with ie if you have anxiety, then if you find a job as a hospitality asssistant at sporting events then that could be ruled as irregular cos all the crowds ought to make you anxious….and so on?

Any words of wisdom?

    With LCWRA you’re allowed to work, but the key issue is whether the type of work you do contradicts the reasons you were found to have LCWRA in the first place. It’s less about a strict number of hours and more about whether the job suggests your condition has improved or doesn’t affect you in the way originally assessed.
