๐จ Call to Action - Flexible working consultation ๐ผ
The Government are looking at ways to make it easier to use flexible working. Flexible working can mean changing your hours, like working your contracted hours over fewer, longer days. Or your work location, like working from home instead of an office.
Disabled people have told us flexible working helps them to enter, stay in, and succeed in work.
Share your experience of requesting flexible working, or whatโs stopped you from asking for it, to make sure the Government get any changes right.

I've asked for short shifts under reasonable adjustments, I keep getting rejected! Equal opportunities my left bum cheek! They say it but they do NOT mean it!
Sorry I'm just in a VERY bad mood this morning, the staff have let me down badly.
