Our daily habits, both good and bad, have a big impact on our physical and mental wellbeing.

So far this Men's Health Week, we've looked at:

Today I want to talk about bad habits (we all have them!)

Research shows that men are more likely to:

  • Smoke cigarettes and hand-rolled tobacco
  • Eat too much red and processed meat
  • Drink excessive alcohol
  • Eat too much salt
  • Eat unhealthy meals

So what are some of your bad habits?

These can be anything, such as smoking and eating too much salt or nose-picking and forgetting to brush your teeth.

Do you have any bad habits you're happy to share?

nose-picking and forgetting to brush your teeth.

That sounds like 2 bad habits in one 😉

Salt. Whether in crisps or smoothered on chips … as in salted before cooking in the airfryer and then salted before mayonaise. And then a cream cake every day … both habits I've got to change

I've managed to stop all added salt, I don't cook with it or add it afterwards (except on chips!).
