If you're interested in a discussion and want to be the first to know if someone replies, click on the star button next to the post (like the one on the top right of this box) or click on the "bookmark this discussion" on the right hand side.

By default this will send you a email the moment someone replies (you can turn this off on your profile if you'd prefer).
