I'm 50 years old. was diagnosed with osteo arthritis 11yr ago all over. apart from my ankles. I have fibromyalgia diagnosed 10yrs ago.
Raynards ibs and carpal tunnel syndrome. Anxiety and depression.

But other than that I'm healthy lol.
Two children age 25 and 21. The youngest is my carer.  we have a labradore and a cat. love them to bits they keep me sane.
Life goes on but to bloody fast at times
