I had a knee replacement opp in October 2015 and I keep being told I can NOT have any benifits for any thing decause in now 67. I have a twisted lower leg were it was put back together wrong. I Have. It been able to return to work since.0

Hi @Charlie1712 This is what the regulations state, until the rules state when pension age that then 65yr then for your self Charlie1712 if it had happened before that age you would get help. Some areas of health have now adjusted and my advice to make it clear Scope have a free phone number for benefits advisor the telephone is 0808 800 3333 they will explain and advice.
