I'm 57 Have sever osteoarthritis of many joints both knees being the worst need very complex knee op as leg is so bent out with it. Ihave fibromyalgia and Rheumatoid Arthritis too plus various stomach problems. Sever GAD depression and stress and finding life very difficult right now
