Hi - thanks for your message. I'm 64, I live alone in a village in Mid-Cornwall and have become disabled in later life due to serious illness. I also have some mental health issues. I'm happy to share views and ideas and hope to learn something from the experience. You can always learn a lot from others. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Hi, sorry to hear about your diability. I m myself a diable but just one leg because I had polio when I was one year.I m used to it and managed to live my life fully defying myself and doing sometimes better than the able. Thank you for sharing !
