Hi my son has been turned down his PIP this happened few yrs ago he appealed and was granted this, of course the benefit agency has got tighter who in Swansea can help with these forms to appeal? Thanks

So he was turned down for DLA a few years ago and appealed and received DLA? Now is he having to reapply?

Hi Sam yes he's got to reapply although hospital doc said his condition hasn't changed and never will ty

Is he applying for PIP now?

He's had to sign on in job centre for time being although hospital doc said he can't work
