in Start here and say hello
ive just got a letter from the courts saying i won on the first tier tribunal what does this mean saying i am entilited to standard rate on living one and enhanced rate on mobility till 2020 from january this year

    i have been on disability since i was 16 im now 34

    So daily living - standard rate = £55.65 and Mobility - enhanced rate = £58.00, and you'll get it back dated from January.
