    Hi there @thistle and welcome to the site, its hard to know what to say when someone first gets here. Be assured if you need to chat about anything someone will get back to you. I have MS and the advice I have received has been great, Thistle does that mean your north of the border? anyway if you want to chat leave a message we are not nutters well some of are but you get the idea.
