in Start here and say hello!
My husband john is disabled with dependence of a wheelchair and myself his wife and carer. 
He loves movies and football, he no longer has the confidence to speak to people as he also has speech difficulties. I am trying to get him back into the community and make life as normal as possible for him again

    Hi @johnno - you might want to contact Level Playing Field who campaign for disabled sports fans and are trying to start a match buddies scheme.

    There are lots of ideas for days out - see tip 5 about movies!
