I have got ms and my mobility is more or less rubbish, I also suffer anxiety about going out and about meeting new people but I do want to fix that

I suffer from two neuro conditions which have made me housebound. When you become disabled people see you differently, and you don't realise the hurdles of just going out.  I have joined this community to connect with people so I hope we can chat
