I don't really think I'm a relevant candidate for your interviews, but just wanted to say......... I have depression which is managed effectively with antidepressants and cbt. I wouldn't be inclined to discuss this with my employer, even though I work in the care industry with LD adults. Unless I had a severe episode (not happened for 5 years+) This is because, when I go to my GP about anything I swear they look at my notes before I go in and show little interest in my issue, probably thinking it's all "in my mind". And these are trained GPs.

Hi @Helbels,
Welcome to Scope's online community! It's great to have you on board.
When you say our interviews, do you mean our research on employers not knowing about your condition or impairment?
If so, they may still be interested in what you have to say. You can get in touch with Scope's Policy and Research team by using the contact details on their post.
