i am happy to today to meet you by introduction i am a teacher teaching children with hearing loss and those with autism in my school i have a secondary diploma of special needs education but ask how can i use audiometer to measure hearing loss the steps

I don't think we can answer your question here, as we cannot provide medical advice on the site, and as your question would be technical in nature and audiology would be regulated.
However, we do have an Ask an Audiologist section that you may find helpful generally.
Are you based in the UK? (It appears that you may be in Africa.)
