Hi - My name is Mel. I'm 50+ years old and have worked in Local Government for 25 years until I retired early through ill health. I have come to the community mostly to find information/advice for my own condition of fibromyalgia (I'm loving how this word isn't being recognised as I typed it) but hope that I can also contribute any little gems of advice knowledge that I've picked up over the last 10 years or so.
