    Hello everyone..such a warm welcome too so thank you too. I'm 52 & amongst other things I'm a sufferer of fibromyalgia & also help my son where I can as he's 30 & 2 years ago now he suffered with spinal & muscular problems which means he can't do very much most day's because of the consistent pain he's also in. Lol between us we make quite a wobbly (sometimes grumpy) team. I often feel bogged down with it all & my friend recommended I try your site so here I am
