I am joining today as I have a soon to be 16 year old boy/young man with autism/learning disability /epilepsy who will be going through transition. Also he has recently had a spell in hospital where I am not quite sure is set up to deal with a lad like my son.
Thanks

Hi @Bluemich,
Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about your son's recent spell in hospital. How is he now?
We have an adviser who helps people through the EHCP process if you need any support with that. We also have a group for parents and carers and a group about autism you might find interesting.

Hi @Bluemich
A very very big welcome to you this afternoon.
I'm very sorry about your son being in hospital.
Yes the hosital is potently the wrong Inviroment for your son.
There is such high turn around off patients nowadays.
I have posted some info for you below.
