Hi Christine and welcome
it can be challenging finding new ways to do things
Prior to being caught in a fire, I was very active. Like you I have had to find new ways of doing things but also I have found new things to do.
Is there anything we can help you with ?
There is lots of info on here and dedicated threads to many conditions. please have a look around and come back with any questions
