i have been working in Education for the past 18 years and have seen first hand how challenging it is to find babysitters and nannies who have the skills abilities and knowledge to care and educate effectively children with special educational needs
i would like to hear your views and experiences on this subject

i am in the process of setting up an agency which aim will be to provide qualified and well trained babysitters nannies teacher assistants and early years educators to parents of children with special educational needs
