I have Permanent Post Concussion Syndrome on top of having PTSD since I was 15 although it was only recognised in the 1980's. I am suffering from Non Psychotic mental health issues including, General Anxiety Disorder, Severe Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Flashbacks, Pyrophobia and other health issues. Complex Whiplash Injury, Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation, Barratt's Esophagitis. Reflux Disease. An Ingrowing Toenail. and you give a me a site that deals with children. SCOPE?

Hi and welcome
Is this for a review or a change from DLA ?
I have heard that the DWP do have a service to help with form filling. You might try the PIP help line

Only thing I can find is the Royal voluntary service might be worth trying
