Hi. I wonder if anyone can help.. My son won his pip tribunal and he going to have money back dated. Does anyone know how long it takes to receive payment?

Normally the DWP take 5-8 weeks to put a tribunal decision into payment.
It is a good idea to ring the DWP to make sure they have received the notification
Also be aware that they have 28 days to request a statement of reason from the judge. They can only appeal the decision if an error of law is found
