    Had the similar problem when I atte we pip assessment years ago for my wife. She said we shouldn't have  brought my kids to the interview waiting room because there were unsavoury types there that was just one of the awcul things she said. We complained and all they said was we can't answer because of data protection and that she has been told off but still allowed to work. She had comes an opinion of people who needed help before she had even spoken to them......wrong wrong wrong
